Member William “Bill” Donovan passed away on August 31, 2018. Bill served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and joined the NYPD, from where he retired as a Captain. He is survived by his children  William, Anne Marie, James and Mark, as well as his sisters, brother, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Our deepest sympathy is extended to the entire Donovan family.  

Member Frank Dowd, Jr. passed away on August 30, 2018. Frank served as a Metro North Police officer before joining the Port Authority of NY/NJ Police. He is survived by his wife, Isidra and his daughters Erin and Kelly. In addition he is survived by his mother, Irene, brothers, sisters and step children. Our deepest sympathy to the entire Dowd family.   

Member John Rahmer passed away on August 15, 2018. John retired from the NYPD as a Detective in 1988 and went on to the NYSE until 2006. John is survived by his partner, Kate Coyle, his brothers and his children John Jr. (Roberta), Jamie (Lisa), Doreen (Daniel Hart) and his grandchildren. Our deepest sympathy to the Rahmer family. 

Member Frank Viggiano passed away on August 13, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Rosemarie and his children Lynn (Eric) and John (Nicole). Frank served in the U.S. Marine Corps and retired from the NYS Division of Parole. Our deepest sympathy to the Viggiano family.
